This is a gallery of my work as Allison Franks designer/maker,
but for us designer/makers we've been thinking about
Christmas designs for months. While I'm still working on my
new tree decoration for this year, I've tweaked my design from last year with
new copper wire and glass beaded hanger.
Made to order, beads are available in red, blue, green and clear.
Large size glass panels measure 13cm length x 2.5cm width
Small square s measure 3cm x 3cm.

I'm exploring different themes after the "Sunflower Camper" last month, this month we've got the "Gardener Camper" complete with wellies and shovel.
Fun to collect, they look great on their own and even better in a group

Every piece I make is a one of a kind, I design, draw, paint, finish and clean
each piece by hand to ensure you receive a special piece of art.
- Made from quality glass which is fired in a kiln
- Made from quality glass which is fired in a kiln
so the design will not fade, rub off or scratch.
- Pendants are fitted with a sterling silver tube top bail
which is hallmarked 925.
- Tiles measure 10cm x10cm and come with a
complementary handmade copper wire stand.

The end of March 2011 is fast approaching and looking
back its been busy. My aim for 2011 (now that I
have more time on my hands) was to start concentrating
on designing and making new work.
April will see my work going
in a slightly different direction, I will still be working with
glass and precious metal but with a different
making method, which I'm excited about.
